How Do I Place an Order?

The Bohlin Company has been creating custom silver and leather art since it was founded in 1920. From a simple silver buckle with your brand or logo, to a hand-chased scene, to a solid gold and pavé diamond creation, we specialize in very small production or one-of-a-kind pieces. More than 50% of our production is dedicated to custom work, and 100% of our design and production is in-house. The Watch Repair Process

First, send your watch to the address below. We recommend insuring and sending your timepiece through UPS or FedEx. Be sure to include your best contact information and a detailed explanation about the service that you’re looking for. Upon receiving your watch, we’ll reach out to you to confirm receipt and provide you with peace of mind. Next, our experienced and respected watch technician will examine your damaged watch to determine the full extent of the required repair. Then, we contact you with an estimate.

 

Secure Ordering

This Web site’s secured areas -- Including account creation and shopping cart system -- have a security system that uses Secured Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

 

Confidential information is encrypted (scrambled) during transmission and unscrambled once the security system is sure that only the authorized party has received the information.

 

This system is successfully being used by banks and other businesses to safeguard Internet financial transactions.

 

 

Shipping

At the Bohlin Company, we ship the majority of our orders with UPS and include both a signature required and insurance on packages.  Our website uses real-time information from UPS for pricing on orders, however, customers should be aware that not all items are in stock for immediate shipment.  If you are would like to find out if something is in stock or have any other questions, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives at (800) 823-8340.  We recommend all of our customer's similar procedures for insurance when sending any merchandise in for service.

 

 

Return Policy
